can i use a external graphic card for integrated graphic motherboards(like for intel DG45ID)

Short answer; yes.
There should be an option in BIOS that allows you to select either display with onboard or PCIe graphics first.

As long as you've got a PCI Express slot to plug one into than yes. If you don't, but have AGP or PCI you can still get a graphics card, however your choices will be limited, over priced, and weak.

Yes, all G45 motherboards also have a PCIex16 socket for a discrete graphic card.
