Yes you can, although the bracket that is attached to the i/o end of the card/case may not fit. In this picture of the Sparkle 9600GT which is "low profile ready" you can see the full size bracket which is attached to the card and the low profile bracket.

Nope. To small. It won't catch the top of the card bracket.

You can if you have a full-size bracket, the position of the PCI/AGP/PCIe connector is 100% compatible.
