Vista Limited Connectivity HELP

So after I was playing Crysis, I've found out my network icon on the start bar has a yellow triangle saying "Limited Connectivity."
I try to Diagnose the problems still no luck.
I read some forum and they said it was "ipv6" problem, but i disabled it and nothing.

The cable is brand new, the Ethernet port in the back of my pc is still active green light blinking.

Can someone help me resolve this issue? I need to get back online. Now I'm
using a small laptop ATM.

start-> Run-> cmd then press enter. do an ipconfig /all and report back what your settings are.
Have you tried a different port on the router, if you have one?
Do you have a second port on the pc to try?
