I'm sitting here, trying to put together the parts for a machine I'll be ordering tomorrow. Looking through the guides, and charts on the page, I've figured that this is the configuration I'd like to go with:

Antec Twelve Hundred Gaming Case(Without PSU)
Asus P6T Deluxe V2, X58, Socket-1366 DDR3, ATX, SLI&CrossFireX, Firewire, 2xGbLAN, 3xPCI-Ex(2.0)x16
Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz 6GB CL9 Kit w/3x 2GB XMS3 modules
Intel Core™ i7 Quad Processor i7-920 4,8GT/sec, 8MB, Boxed
Gainward GeForce GTX 295 1792MB
Samsung SpinPoint F1 1TB SATA2 32MB 7200RPM
Creative SB X-Fi Xtreme Audio

I'm just a little unsure about the PSU size required to handle it.

Also, how much bigger if I were to add a second GTX 295? (unlikely, but I'm slightly curious)

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Try putting your specs in to this PSU finder from Corsair. I have used it to help people before and in my experiance it gives a couple of differant options each time.
Corsair are a top quality company, even if you dont get one of thier PSU's you will still know what spec the PSU should be.
