Using triple channel (3x2), do you use every slot in order or every other slot? (On a P6T Deluxe V2 MB)

Also heard the p6t has alot of memory complications, will it go well with triple channel? (OCZ plat 1600)

It usually varies from motherboard to motherboard. The manual that came with your motherboard should tell you the optimal placings for your ram.
