Go with the AMD 7850be on a AM2+ mobo as it will give you a better upgrade path into the forseeable future,some AM2+ mobo's support AM3 cpu's..:)

research it my friend best advice I can give you is overclock what ever cpu you want and overclock the gpu's to.
