Was wondering if anyone could add some insight as to why this keeps happening?

I will be using the PC and with no warning whatever both my keyboard and mouse stop working. It requires that i manually shutdown the system and re-boot.

Both the keyboard and mouse are USB devices but have always been plugged into adapters which are plugged into the "normal" sockets..........blue and green.

I have tried 2 different mice and the same thing happens.

PC running Vista SP2 and Win 7 RC
