Mobo & Component Compatibility

I have a Gigabyte Mobo (GA-M61SME-S2 rev 2.0) & I want to upgrade parts in it, what I am mainly concerned about are the VC & CPU compatibility.
I want to install a GTS 250 & the Athlon 64x2 6400+,
I have already upgraded fans & psu both high end to handle new parts but I have been researching My ass off to find out if the mobo will allow these upgrades to run smoothly any expeerts on the case?

If all is good Ill have further questions about the mobo after all is complete.

Yes it will support the processor and gpu as long as you are not using crossfire.
