Problem getting my ram to 2000 speed

i have an i7 930 OCED to 3.5 and Corsair 2000 speed XMS3 12gb kit (3x 4gb) ddr3 ram on evga x58 LE Mobo ...

* when i clock it too 2000 it loads up bios info and then restarts...

ANything i should change ?

ram timings and everything are set correctly and 1.65 v

At 200 base clock you can't possibly do 3.5ghz on the CPU.

So my guess is your CPU is OCed and causing the issues, and you didn't pick up on it when setting the RAM speed.
