these are the speed your mb supports, there is both faster and slower ddr3, the ones with oc next to them mean that they are overclocked speeds

DDR3 1800(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066

that board will accept any reasonable voltage and cas (timing), the board will set the voltage and cas by its self though they will not be the optimal timing, voltage is more an issue with i7's which need to be under 1.65V

there will be a small gain in setting them by hand, if you plan on doing that start reading articles and learning what each setting means and how it interacts with other settings

coincidentally i just looked up ram for someone else that will work great for you as well

1.9V for CAS7? Wow. I honestly don't know that it's a JEDEC standard the way 1.8V is for DDR2, but DDR3 is supposed to work on as little as 1.5V. That memory will be hot, stressful to the mobo, and may reset to much worse timings (e.g. CAS9 or worse) on any BIOS reset.
