Just curious about these temps. Have a core i7 920 D0 with a TRUE 120 Extreme 1366, with two 1600 RPM Thermalright fans. Used CPUID Hardware monitor and found the CPU temps (with case enclosure open for now) to be in the 33-38 range. Core 1 overall seems maybe 1-2 degrees lower at idle. Ran Prime95 for about 45 mins and temps maxed out at 59. Seems okay for me at stock settings for the CPU. Just curious what others have for temps before OC-ing with a similar cooler setup.

The GPU temps for my GTX 260 (core 216 - 55nm) seems to be around 40 at idle with the fan speed set at default (40%). Ran the Unigen Tropics demo in saw the card top at 81 in stage 9 of 10 of the benchmark. This was also with default settings and default fan speed. Sounds like 105 is the max temperature so curious what others are seeing. Could my case enclosure being open make these temps be higher as well? It's in the 70s here with temps in the house around low 70s.
I also had 58.4 fps and a score of 1459 or something in that range. How does that rate?

Mine are 40-44C idle and 70C under load with using a Zalman 9700....That doesn't sound right to me. Im thinking i need to reseat my heatsink and hopefully that fixes it. Otherwise i cant overclock right now. :(

Temp: Cores 1,2,3,4 around 45C Idle, 75 Load (Prime95), 70 Load (Gaming) @3.6GHz with 200 BCLK x 18 @ DEFAULT voltage! (1.2V)
Cooler: Cogage True Spirit
RAM: OCZ (OCZ3X1600LV6GK) 1600 MHz 8-8-8-24 @ DEFAULT voltage! (1.5V)
If you don't need (or want) hyperthreading, you will cool down 5-10C per core; mine is on. I spent a lot of time pushing my system to the max on strictly stock voltages to increase the lifespan of my PC, while still getting the most I can out of it. 2.6 GHz to 3.6 GHz isn't bad at all, while keeping temps well within range.
I have different GPUs though, 9800 GTX x2 SLI, and they idle around 60C. During load they jump up to 80-85C
