ITunes Update wipes content

Hello, after allowing iTunes to upgrade, I lost all listings, playlists, podcasts, movies and music. reset to point to J drive - where content stored...still empty...like a clean install with no content How can I rollback?

You're saying it literally deleted all of your music from the 'J' drive?
