So I'm looking at this motherboard

LINK

The motherbaord says..."Main Memory: Supports four unbuffered DIMM of 1.5 Volt DDR3 800⁄1066⁄1333⁄1600* (OC) SDRAM, 16GB Max"

But the RAM I was looking at is 1.8v.......not 1.5.

Will this be an issue?

Sorry I'm a noob. :)

First thing to do is check for a QVL (qualified vender list) to make sure the MoBo will run the memory your looking at and cross check the memory manufactures list of MotherBoards it will work with.
The 1.5v is the default setting for the MoBo, which shouldn't be an issue. But you may need to manually up the voltage to get it to perform properly.
