Not sure what you are looking at - the Hard Disk Health? tab of Enhance My 7?

If you have any concerns about your HDD, download and run either DiskCheckUp by Passmark, or better HDTune by EFD Software and you will get an accurate detailed report of your HDD. DiskcheckUp is free, HDTune has a free trial, both are unbiased and great.

Also when I copy from one partition to another the maximum speed is 45MB/s.
I don't know how fast is that, or maybe too slow?
Any solution?
