Samsung T220 Resolution Problems!

Forum Graphics & Displays : Nvidia Samsung T220 Resolution Problems!

Hey,

Iv recently bought a new Samsung T220 LCD widescreen monitor its lovely!

Only problem i have with it is that when i set the resolution to its max (1680 * 1050) the screen scrolls (it doesnt fit the screen)

Iv got an Nvidia 9800GT and using Nvidia Control panel doesnt help either no niffty tool that will fix the problem! Its also saying that the native resolution is only 1024 * 768 this cant be right can it!?

Can anyone help?

I had the same problem, came to the conclusion that Samsung put in the T190 EDID board on this monitor. A dumb but simple mistake, you will need to contact either where you bought the monitor from or Best Buy and get it replaced/fixed. Nothing you can do.
