Any chance of ever having a notebook graphics card review or roundup? I realize this would be extremely difficult to pull off given you would need a different laptop for each variation in graphics, however i believe it would be extremely helpful to those of us thinking of purchasing a laptop for some casual gaming.
^That list is all I know of of its kind, though you shouldn't rely on it heavily. Notebook benchmarking across a wide spectrum of systems is a difficult business.
The list isnt all there is to it though they do provide links to thier own reviews and independant reviews of some if not all of the GPU's in various systems.
Granted its not perfect but they also benchmark most of the actual GPU's which gives a rough comparison. Not forgeting teh tec specs for those of us that understand it to that depth.
All in all its by far the best medium we have available for Mobile GPU's and i find a valuable resourse. Its a starting point if nothing else.
For example i was in a PC shop only a couple of weeks ago and the model i researched turned out to be wrongly advertised which left me with no idea what other GPU's i was faced with as alternative options were capable of.
2 minuites on the shops PC told me what i needed to know and now the wife has a laptop that walks all over the one recomended even though they were both given the same experiance points.
