Computer won't boot from hdd

I just transfered my computer into a new case and got a new DVD burner. But when I set everything up it booted up and the pc tried booting from the DVD drive. So I disconected the DVD drive and then it said vairifing dmi pool data, no boot device, please insert boot devise and press enter?!??
