Hi everyone, this is sort of a continuation of my GTX 260 Handling my PSU upgrade ( http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/ [...] e-upgrade) which it currently is doing so like a beast.
I have even overclocked the GPU to 730c/1574s/1200m and a mild CPU OC to from 2.3 to 2.5Ghz, but it isnt stable for gaming 4+ hours straight yet it made it threw many vantage benchmarks to get me a score of 13.2k +
Its not a black edition only way to OC is changing the Bus speed, the whole thing is a lil too complicated for me. A simple change in multipuler i rather do.

So i am thinking of getting the AMD Phenom II 940 BE @ 3.0GHz as a upgrade from my AMD Phenom I 9650 @2.3GHz.
The only one big difference is the PII is 125w and the PI is 95w so a 30Watt gain is all im receiving more of on my PSU
Here is my current PSU http://www.newegg.com/product/prod [...] 6817371002

My System is really basic i dont overstock my self with extra HDS or Disk drives, perty much only 1 of each 2 ddr2 mem sticks 1 GFX card, and of course a mobo i think its a basic type not high end still uses the small 4pin atx plug if seen newer mobos using 8pin now days. So what do you guys think? can i take the CPU upgrade ONLY?
