I just got a Dell Inspiron 537 Minitower with the following specs:

Inspiron 537 Minitower
Inspiron Mini-Tower, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor E8400 (3.0GHz, 1333MHz FSB), w/ 6MB cache
4GB DDR2 SDRAM,800MHZ- 2X2GB DIM,M
320GB NCQ Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200 RPM) w/ 16MB DataBurst Cache
16X DVD+/-RW Drive

As I will be running 3 monitors, I ordered a PCI-e Radeon 4850 and a PCI card as well. As I installed the 4850, I realized that I had nowhere to plugin the power cable that came with the card. I was told I would need to upgrade the PSU, but dont know which PSU is compatible with the 537? Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I'm having a hard time answering OP's question guys... there's no case standard specified on this PC's spec page, but based on the given dimensions (see link), I'm assuming it's a mini-ATX?

OP, we can't be sure because Dell is known for using their own kind of casings and power supplies. Would it be possible to pull out your current power supply and take a picture of it, as well as the case, and post them here? :)
