You don't give a budget. My favorite brands are antec, enermax, corsair, seasonic, and pc power and cooling. OCZ is also pretty good. Look for a single 12v rail rating of 40 amps or more, or multiple rails that add up to 40 or more. The pc power and coolling 750 has about 60 amps on a single 12v rail.

600W *could* be enough, but I wouldn't trust winpower, and it list no further details uch as amperage. Never skimp on the PSU...

as o1die said, check out antec, enermax, corsair, seasonic, and pc power and cooling for PSU, and for cases try looking at Antec, coolermaster.

What are you looking to spend?

The following thread suggests the WinPower unit is garbage:
http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-3434279.php

My personal favorite is Antec, but the others mentioned by o1die and mi1ez are also decent, although older Coolermaster are NOT good, and the new OCZ 550W Fatal1ty has not been properly reviewed yet. It may be a Sirtec unit, which suggests low quality.
For a 4870, a good quality 500W unit should be sufficient.

Corsair HX520 or VX550.

For your rig, look into a quality 500w+ Corsair, PCP&C, Seasonic, Enermax or Antec Earthwatts PSU.
It looks like overclockers.co.uk has a prety good deal on a Corsair 650w PSU this week.
At £73.99 inc VAT, it will give you more than enough power for your current rig and still have enough left over to Cf your 4870 in the future.
