What is the best graphics card for a dell XPS 4100 Dimension DXP061 2.00 GB 32-bit operating system.

If it is, I think it is too old for another graphics card. It has only ISA slots.

@ evongugg; The OP added a zero in his description, it should have read 410, the 4100 is as you have said ancient with only ISA slots (That takes me back)
@ vabene; You should have the 375W PSU according to Dell and I`d say the 9600 GT is the fastest you could install without changing it. If you have a less powerful
PSU or just want an easier install, go for the HD4670 (it does n`t need an external 6-pin connector, the 9600 does).
