wat ya think if i buy a HIS 4850 512MB DDR3 IceQ 4 Turbo now and hope that in the future i will be able to transplant the cooler to another more advance GPU? is it possible?

Probably not. If it were an aftermarket cooler, you might be able to transfer it to another card.

but then again, the HIS 4850 512MB DDR3 IceQ 4 Turbo is using Artic Cooling's VGA Silencer if im nt mistaken, so theoretically it will be useable to a newer GPU that supports it too right?
