Burn Media From PS3 HDD?

Hello,
is there a simple way to burn dvd's on my desktop from a ps3 hhd that contains tv shows recorded from ps3 playTV? hdd is a 2.5 sata. Im not too computer savy so be gentle. thanks a lot.
