Power-button Problem

I just finished building a new system and have noticed a small problem. I sometimes have to hit the power button twice to get the computer turned on. Any ideas on what might cause this?

What type of computer case is it? What brand - model/make? Does it feel broken? You may have put the + or - in the wrong spot on the motherboard, or there may be a short on the cable.

It's a Raidmax Samurai case. I don't think it's broken... I'll try flipping the plug around on the pins...

ok, it only does it after i unplug the PSU. After that it only needs one push.
