I've been reading that this video card

Needs 26A on a 12v rail, I also read that it needs a combined 26A on all of the PSUs 12v rails.
My question is will this PSU

Run the 8800 GTS?

The 26A recommendation is for 12V combined, which it is very unlikely that the Rosewill has (you cannot simply add the rails).

Get a good quality PSU instead, Corsair would be my recommendation. What are the rest of your specs?
