Thermaltake Tough Power Express 650W VGA PSU

which 1 is the best?

my build

Core i7 920
Asus P6T-SE
ATI 4890
Samsung 1TB HDD
DVD Burner
4GB RAM

i want a quiet one as well

The Seasonic M12 is a very good option...But if you are planning to add one more 4890 in crossfire later, then you would have to get a 700W+ PSU...

Of what you've mentioned I think the seasonic one is the best...But why limiting yourself for those? Go for a corsair or cooler master PSU if ask me.

Seasonic, Corsair, PCP&C and the Antec Earthwatts are all top notch PSU's.
Go with the Seasonic 600w unless you are going to Cf the 4890.
In that case, the Seasonic 650w will give you a little extra breathing room.
