Computer suddenly shutdown and afterwards super slow

Hello,
I was running my computer normally around 3 days ago. When it suddenly shut down.
When i restarted it was very slow and laggy, and has been ever since.
I have enough free space on my hard drive, i also checked for virus, trojan, malware and spyware.
Also defraged all my drives, opened the case, checked for dust, cleaned it, checked if anny of my rams were burnt, all ok. Graphic card seems to be also ok, and everything else.
All drivers are also up to date and nothing seemed out of the ordinary when i checked it with HijackThis
Could annione please adivse me about this issue?

Download a copy of HWMonitor and check your temps. An over heated CPU will throttle back to prevent itself from burning up. If your CPU is running hot, you will need to reinstall your heatsink.

You may also want to grab a copy of memtest86 and make sure your ram hasn't gone bad.
