I don't think you really want my opinion - you wanna overclock, stick with Intel - they have always been, and will always remain, infinitely superior at closely-coupled, tightly integrated systems components, and their documentation, and support, are light-years ahead of AMD; when the European Union decided to go after them, for 'anti-competitive' activities (read: being a decade ahead of the competition), even though you can always get an AMD cheaper (if you want one), I thought of the 'soup-nazi' - "no soup for you!" - if I were Intel, I'd bite the bullet, and tell them, "well, then, we just won't sell any chips into Europe 'till, say, 2014 - see how you do without us, socialist dolts!"
