Can you tell how good this HDD is from the SMART data I'm posting?

I used HDDLifePro to get these data, which I cannot understand properly.
Could somebody here please tell me if this drive is reliable? and if not, where exactly do you think it's failing?

    Your HDD looks fine, you should have no concerns from the data presented here. Are you having a problem or just running diagnostics?

    I'm not havin issues with the hard drive, just thought of running a diagnostic, but the results that popped up were too complicated for me to understand :)
