Why can't I run this motherboard with 4 gb RAM ? 3 GB RAM is okay , but 4 GB freezes my PC. Flashed bios to latest version , checked all ram sticks with memtest and checked them in each different slot and they work OK individually , but not all together . Same brand of ram on all 4 and yes its a 64bit system. I tried the default manufacturer timings, the default timings the BIOS will read, 4-5-4-12, upped the voltage a bit also and that doesn't seem to do much either.
Complete system specs:

Was able to get memtest and the PC to not freeze like before by bumping the voltage up from 1.8 to 2.2v (apparently it'd still freeze at 2.1v). While I can get it to function like this..I'm curious if it's safe to run it at such high voltage compared to what the manufacturer recommends (1.8v).
