Ive had my PC running for ~6 months now, however, Ive always had an issue with the front USB ports. If I connect them to the board, ether the PC shuts off before posting or gives me the error for overcurrents with a 15 sec shutdown, and unplugging those ports resolves the issue. My complaint is I want to use these ports to charge my phone (limited dorm room space).

Ive looked over the cords, no damage. Unless the ports themselves are damaged (with no idea how that would happen) I cant explain the overvolt issue. I checked the board fastenings, its not touching at all, no shorts to my knowledge.

Anyone know what might cause the overvolt? Its a P6T
