this one is the 1 gb

why are they the same price?

It isn't a problem for me cause i'm going to get one soon but does the 1 GB require a lot more power than the 512mb?

Also is the 1 Gb version as good as a 8800 GT 640mb or still worse?

The memory on the 512MB should be faster than the memory on the 1GB. Not only that, but you're looking at it on Amazon ^_^. Here is the same 4670 for only $69.99

If you want the 1GB version though that price on Amazon is probably the cheapest you'll find it for. Still, for 79.99 you can also pick up this overclocked version from Sapphire

It has a big cooler though so you won't be able to use the slot next to it.

The slot right next to it has my tv tuner in it plus i can't shop at newegg cause i live in Jamaica and they do not ship to freight forwarding companies such as fedex.
