I have a Windows 2000 pc that I use as a "server" I use a VNC to view it, I recently thought of moving it to a room no one uses, (I don't want a long ethernet cord so don't recommend it.) I used a wireless g adapter by linksys, I installed the software and everything and connected it to my wireless network, it connected, but it says not connected to the internet... It worked with my XP PC in my Kitchen and my Vista PC in my Game Room. but it never works with my old Windows 2000 pc... It says on the box it works with Windows 2000, can anyone help me?

Have you tested without encryption on? Pretty sure with Windows 2000 that you will be limited to using WEP 128bit as WPA isn't supported directly. Daft as it sounds it might not be that obvious from whatever utility you are using.
