Well laptop graphics aren't for gaming, they tend to be laggish and overheat, but if you were really wanting to game then go with the 8200. The GMA 4500 from what I read is for HD playback and Hi-Def output to televisions.
the geforce 8200 would be faster, although intel really stepped it up with their X4500 igp. but either one won't give u a good experience for gaming, unless you're playing casual games like peggle.
