That PSU is garbage, go for this one:

Or if you can wait for MIR, then get this one which will end up being the same price and allow for a good GPU later.

Get this combo instead, you get way more for your money. Just use the onboard graphics, they will be as good or better than that 8400 GS, you can buy a discrete GPU when you have more money.

HDD:

Get a case with free shipping, it will save you $15 or so, this one will end up costing less than that one you are looking at and its better:
$10 off promo code: RWGLN10

Cheaper ram after the MIR:

I would suggest buying a monitor second-hand, maybe just use a CRT for now. Especially if you need to fit an OS in this build, its just not going to happen. OS will cost you $100. My changes come to $421, then you get $35 MIR. Leaves you about $115 for the monitor, I suggest this if you don't go the second hand route:

I agree with above selections, pretty much exactly what I would have recommended. The onboard is pretty good, I have it on my laptop and it plays most games decently, considering.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811124118 $50 - $20MIR If your really pinching pennies. The PSU is 400W, I have no idea what the AMPs on are but Enermax makes good quality PSU IMO. Either way I'd be surprised if you could't boot a 4830 in this but nothing more demanding.

Hey Mykc I really liked that 600 dollar system that you put together a few threads ago based mine off of it.

As for the PSU.... I plan on upgrading as I go, you know sales and all spare change lying around. So with that better PSU the system looks pretty decent

going to put 6 gig & a 512 pcie card in it in about a month or so.
