How to fix MP3 player computer shows the device but cannot access

I have a mp3 player that I added a few song on it. When I connect mp3 player again I got a message to insert this device how do i fix this problem? I've tried different computers same result. Not able to format
because it not seen as a drive that can be formatted. Is there a way to fix this problem?
