Hi all.

 

I have the Asus P4C800 Deluxe motherboard, and I currently have a 512 MB DDR PC3200 Kingston RAM.

 

Now the thing is, I found 1 x 256 MB DDR PC2700 Kingstom RAM and 1 x 256 MB DDR PC2100 Samsung RAM in our basement. According to http://www.crucial.eu/upgrade/comp [...] /list.html, I can use the PC2700 RAM, but I was wondering if the PC2100 RAM will also work?

Using PC2700 will slow down the system a bit and using PC2100 will slow it down a bit more. You lose nothing installing those modules. The worst that could happen is no POST.
