Operating System : Windows 7 Ultimate Professional 6.01.7100 (x64)

Ok so CPU-Z says I am running Dual Memory with 4 gigs, but it recognizes all three of my memory slots that are occupied trying to get tipple memory for 6 gigs. Windows 7 64bit also says I have 4 gigs of memory.

THis is what PC wizard says...

SO I am confused. CPU-Z and PC Wizard both show the memory in DIMM slot 2, but does not use it...

Any suggestions?

Try reseating the stick. If that doesn't work maybe it's a bad stick. Swap them around to see if it works in another DIMM.
