Is it ok to overclock an e-green edition of gts 250? Is it normal to get a 48 C idle and 75 C when playng games on overclocked mode?

At 75c that card is barely breaking a sweat. You can safely run that card all day long in the 80's.

your card is fine. as long as your under 102* C you should be fine
