Is it ok to overclock a gts 250 e-green edition?

Is it ok to overclock an e-green edition of gts 250? Is it normal to get a 48 C idle and 75 C when playing games on overclocked mode? And should i keep the settings on overclocked mode?

75c is fine, graphics cards these days are usually built to withstand up to 105c (this includes the GTS 250, according to Nvidia). I try to keep my cards under 90c though (under 80c preferred).

And yes, you can overclock the e-green editions safely.
