Enclosure hard disk does not display data

Hello,
my enclosure does not display data, but it detects the hd. hd is from a laptop with an error of 'non-sytem disk' so i tried putting it in an enclosure. in the manage device the hd is their but it still does not display any data

Non-system disk implies that the drive is not formated in a format a PC can recognize. Go into your Disk Management tool (control panel/admin tools/computer management/disk management), find the disk in question, and then partition/format as desired. Should square you away. Good luck!
