Computer is acting Weird.

Hey guys i didn't know where to put this but here goes.

Basically i got a computer and for some reason , when i load up Vista *Ult 64 bit* , it has a problem , it shows the Vista Symbol and sound then it shows this blue screen. I don't know what's going on so i put it in Safe Mode , and basically , I'm confused T_T can you guys help me please? Thank you.

You need to provide you specs and if there is an error code on that blue screen (like 0x0000003).
