it depends on the number of rams you would be using... is it 2 or 4 stick??? in dual memory settings, the sticks occupy the second and fourth slots from the cpu... that gives some breathing space for the cooler upto the first dimm slot...

See the below pics for clearance to the ram in a 1366 board... i think it should clear in a 1156 board too...

What about using it in 1366 with Corsair Dominator Triple Channel Kit????

In the picture 1890 you can see that there are three rams in a triple channel setting... i guess you meant 2 sets of triple channel (all the ram slots filled)... the cooler might interfere with the first stick's heatsink... if it does then dremel the heat sink to suit your height needs or simply remove the heatsink from the first stick... or you could always go for a lower height memory heatsink...
