Video card- EVGA GeForce 9500 GT 1 GB (DDR2)

as for the fan and HDD i was going to take my old ones out of my other computer and iv got a 250w. i mostly worried about the power supply but everything else should work with what i want to do.

The motherboard and ram memory are compatible so I don't see any problem there.
You didn't tell us what cpu you will use and what psu you have.

You are really pushing it with the PSU. The big problem will be how much power the 12 volt output can deliver.
