MoBo resets wake after second boot? need help!

Hey guys,

I recently changed my XFX 780i MoBo to wake at 6:00 every morning before I go to work, well I didn't care for it anymore so I turned
off the 'wake by alarm' function, it works for 1 day or after I boot it manually but then after keeps resetting to it waking at 6:00. I make sure to save to bios etc.

Also another question on the bios, why wont it turn on by my set keyboard Hot-key? The keyboard seems to remain ignorant of any keystrokes even though the bios clearly reads that it is set to turn on with my Hot-key. The keyboard is USB, if it helps.
