Hi

I am hoping someone can help me figure (what is probably simple for you all) this out!

I have a trendnet wired 4 port router working with my cable modem. I want to add more hardwired lines to different parts of my house (we don't use wireless). Is it best to get another router with more ports or would a switch be just as good, if switch is the way to go what would be a good product? Are switches wired (no wireless signal).

thanks so much..

A switch is just what you need.
You will lose one port on the router and switch connecting them together
with a patch cable.

Check them out at Newegg and read the customer reviews.
Then buy where you want.
