it seems like i've tried everything....i have a core 2 p532n-sli premium with 4gb ram
vista 32bit
sb audigy 2
geforce 9700
I send my motherboard out to asus and they said everything was fine...but my computer freezes in the bios and in my OS. My voltages are all stable and my cpu temp is about 44c. I've switched out ram...turned off all onboard devices EXCEPT my onboard WIFI which doesn't give me the option...idk why..tried different hard drives, reset my fan/cpu...tried a different mouse/keyboard both usb and ps2
does anyone have any idea why it would be freezing like this?
Try a new HD Sata Cable. Also, try a different SATA header for the HD.

i just tried using the bottom 3 SATA ports for my 3 HD's and it still froze...now i just unplugged my IDE cable connecting my two cd-rom drive
i believe I did take out my SB months ago trying to diagnose this problem...however if it freezes again i'll unplug it...and if it freezes after that i think i may unplug EVERYTHING but my vid card and 1 stick of ram.
im not sure what my voltages are but i have crucial 10th Anniversary ram that isn't installed and another PNY 2gbs...i've tried each channel with each brand on auto voltage settings and it seems to keep freezing...so we'll see here in a minute
