I would assume that the HD 4550 and 9500GT would be a little faster than a 6600GT, but they are value cards. Well shame on me for not reading the post carefully enough! With the psu, I think a vga card that is powered entirely by the pci-e slot is the best that can be used. A 4670 is probably it. With a fanless card, the case cooling needs to be better, and that can be noisy. Instead, I would suggest a card with a good dual slot cooler that can send the hot air out of the case quickly, like the hightech 4670: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
