I'm building a new computer, do you think it'll be alright to use the Dell dimension 4400 power supply (which is a 250 watt PS) on this

CPU

MotherBoard

4 Gigs of RAM

and I have 2 HDD's. 1 of them is a 70GB and the other is a 40GB.

And I also have a CD-RW

Do you think the old Dell dimension 250 watt power supply could handel this build? As you can see the PC is not super amazing, it's a pretty simple set up. I was just going to use an adapter so it can come from a 20 pin to a 24 pin.

Here is the 250 Watt power supply

Do you think this'll work or will it ruin my pc and blow up in my mouth? mmm

Dells PSUs are known for being a bit under-rated. So it might. Or it might till you try and run a game. It also might not run at all. It's at the ragged edge of not having enough power, so it will probably run hot, and high fan speed, and be noisy.

It has good reviews by the guys that baught it and one of the guys say it doesn't feel cheep and flimsy but nice and heavy and works just fine, no one has reported that it's died on them or anything, sound good to me. What do you think?
