Motherboard has no video no beep

I have a desktop computer, Pentium 4 with 3.2 CPU and 512 DD Ram, it suddenly stopped working, it is turning on, but it seems that motherboard bios is not starting the motherboard devices and drivers.
Please suggest as soon as possible.
